The free 45-minute consultation happens after dark, on your property, in the actual conditions you'll see them in nightly. We walk the site with a portable kit, mock up effects on your specific architecture, and deliver a written design brief within 7 days — fixture-by-fixture, zone-by-zone, with photographs of every aim.

The same crew finishes what they begin. Hand-trenching in mature beds, clean cuts in the Lawn and tucking wires so they are not seen . Lawn raked and beds restored at the end of every day. If your property doesn't look better than when we arrived, the day isn't done.

Foliage grows. Soil shifts. Connections loosen with thermal cycling. Three optional plans keep the system performing — annual, bi-annual, or quarterly. Or skip the plan and pay per visit. Either way, the original installer is who shows up.

Six disciplines, one practice.
Most contractors offer landscape lighting as one service among many. We offer it as the only service — alongside the adjacent disciplines that genuinely belong with it.
Path, garden, and tree.
The foundation discipline. Path lights, well lights, spotlights for trees, downlights for canopy moonlighting, accent fixtures for garden beds. Solid brass and copper, 2700K warm white, lifetime warranty.
Facade, column, and feature.
Stone grazing, column-mounted downlights, feature wall washing, pergola integration, soffit-recessed accents. Fixtures sized to the architecture, beam spreads chosen to reveal texture rather than flatten it.
Pool, spa, water feature.
Underwater LED for pools and spas, feature lighting for fountains and water walls, surround lighting for poolscape integration. Color-changing options available; full-spectrum control via app or whole-home automation.
Restaurant, hotel, private club.

Seasonal lighting, coordinated.
We don't install holiday lighting ourselves — the skill set is genuinely different. But we coordinate with vetted seasonal specialists who do, integrate their work with your year-round system (shared timers, shared scenes), and project-manage the install so you have one point of contact.
A system someone else installed.
A meaningful share of our maintenance work is on systems someone else installed — often by a contractor who's no longer responsive. We assess, document, and bring it up to current standard. $395 flat inspection. No pressure to enrol in a plan after.

Most projects move from initial consultation to commissioning in 4-8 weeks. Below: the four phases, what happens in each, and how long they take.
Consultation
45-minute on-site visit, after dark, with portable kit. We walk the property, listen to what you want, and propose a direction.
Design brief
Within 7 days of consultation, you receive a written design brief with fixture counts, zone architecture, beam spreads, and pricing.
Installation
1-4 days on-site depending on scope. Same crew throughout. ECRA/ESA licensed. Lawn raked and beds restored at end of every day.
Commissioning
System tuning happens with you on-site, after sunset. Every fixture aimed individually. Scene programming, app setup, 30-day adjustment window.
