Nine ways to make a house worth looking at after dark.

Most contractors offer lighting as one line item among twenty. We offer it as the only thing we do — and we design, install, and maintain every one of these ourselves. No subcontractors, no hand-offs.

What design-build means

The person who designs it is the person who installs it.

In most of this industry the work changes hands three times. A designer sells a concept, a crew interprets it, and a service company inherits whatever they left behind. Every hand-off is a place for the original idea to quietly die.

We're a design-build company, which means one team owns the outcome end to end. The designer who walked your property at night is on site when the fixtures go in the ground, and is who you reach when a tree grows into a beam eight years later.

That's why we can publish standards, publish pricing, and warranty the workmanship — there's no one else to blame. See our process and written standards.

The full range

Start anywhere. Most homes start at the front.

The first three are where the majority of projects begin — and where curb appeal is won or lost. The rest layer in as the property, and the ambition, expand.

i.

Landscape Lighting

Path, garden, and bed. The foundation discipline — well lights, path lights, and accents that give a property depth instead of a wall of brightness.

Where most projects start
ii.

Architectural Lighting

Facade, column, entry. Stone grazing, column downlights, and beam spreads chosen to reveal texture rather than flatten it.

Curb appeal, directly
iii.

Tree Lighting

Uplighting for structure, canopy downlights for moonlight. The single most transformative thing you can do to a mature lot.

The signature effect
iv.

Pool & Water Feature

Underwater LED for pools and spas, feature lighting for fountains and water walls, surround lighting that ties the poolscape together.

New build & retrofit
v.

Deck & Patio

Step, rail, and overhead. Light low and warm enough that people stay outside — and that faces across the table still look good.

Where you actually sit
vi.

Outdoor Audio

Landscape-integrated speakers and buried subwoofers. Even coverage at conversation volume, hidden in the beds beside the lighting.

Installed alongside lighting
vii.

Smart Controls

Scenes, schedules, astronomic timing, app control, and integration with whole-home automation. Set once, then forget it exists.

Optional on any system
viii.

Holiday Lighting

We coordinate with vetted seasonal specialists, integrate their work with your year-round system, and project-manage the install. One point of contact.

Partner-managed
ix.

System Adoption

A system someone else installed — often by a contractor who stopped answering. We assess, document, and bring it up to current standard. $395 flat inspection.

Materials

Brass , because year fifteen matters.

Aluminum fixtures are cheaper on day one and chalky, pitted, and leaking by year six — particularly anywhere near road salt or a pool deck. We specify solid brass and copper on every project, with a lifetime fixture warranty. They don't stay new-looking; they weather into a patina that suits the houses they sit in front of.

Everything runs 3000K warm white and dark-sky compliant by default — shielded, aimed down, and no brighter than the effect requires. Beautiful and neighbourly are the same specification.

Real pricing

What it actually costs.

Most contractors hide pricing until they're standing in your driveway. We publish it — tier by tier, so you can read the breakdown before booking the consultation rather than after.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you ask.

Do I have to buy everything at once?

No, and most people don't. The majority of projects begin with the front of the house — architectural and landscape — because that's where curb appeal lives and where you and your guests see it every night. Rear yard, pool, audio, and controls layer in later on the same transformer and the same design logic, which is why the initial plan is drawn for the whole property even when only part of it gets built.

Can you work with my landscaper or builder?

Yes, and it's easier when we're brought in early. If beds are being rebuilt or hardscape is going in, running sleeve and conduit before the stone lands saves real money and avoids cutting into finished work later. We'll coordinate directly with your trades so you're not relaying messages.

What's the difference between your tiers?

Fixture count and control complexity, mostly. Economy covers a focused front-of-house treatment. Signature is a fully designed property with layered zones — this is where most homes land. Reserve and Legacy add scene control, automation integration, and the fixture counts that larger lots and more elaborate architecture require.

Which cities do you serve?

Five, at depth rather than breadth: Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, and Vaughan. Each has its own page covering local architecture and requirements. If you're just outside, ask — we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right call.
