Five core cities ยท Thirteen more areas

The core five

Inside an hour of Milton.

Further out

Thirteen more areas, scheduled in batches.

Each place has its own character, and the design starts from what is actually on the property.

  • i.

    Richmond Hill.

South Richvale, Bayview Hill, Oak Ridges and the Mill Pond. Open frontages put the facade on show from the road, so the arrival and the front elevation carry most of the design.

    Open frontages
  • ii.

    Markham.

Unionville, Cachet, Angus Glen and Markham Village. Heritage streets in Unionville want reversible mounting and restraint; the estate pockets want layered zones.

  • iii.

    Aurora.

Aurora Highlands, Hunters Glen and Beacon Hall. Heavy canopy makes moonlighting and specimen uplighting the backbone of most designs.

  • iv.

    Newmarket.

Stonehaven, Glenway and the streets around Fairy Lake. Tighter frontages mean careful aiming so the light stays on your lot.

    Tight frontages
  • v.

    King City.

King, Nobleton, Kettleby and the moraine estates. Acreage means long wire runs and long approaches, which is where transformer sizing and zoning matter most.

    Acreage
  • vi.

    Caledon.

Caledon East, Palgrave, Terra Cotta and Belfountain. Dark rural skies make shielding and low output non-negotiable; light that spills here is seen for kilometres.

  • vii.

    Etobicoke.

The Kingsway, Humber Valley and Princess-Rosethorn. Textured stone and brick facades reward grazing from close in.

  • viii.

    Halton Hills.

Georgetown, Glen Williams and the Limehouse concessions. Heritage stone and rural lots, lit with restraint.

  • ix.

    Ancaster and Hamilton.

Ancaster Heights, the Meadowlands and Dundas. Escarpment rock and grade changes make step lighting and stone grazing the first priorities.

    Escarpment rock
  • x.

    Guelph.

Old University, Old Guelph and Kortright Hills. Limestone architecture reads beautifully at 3000K grazed from close in.

  • xi.

    London.

Old North, Old South, Byron and Sunningdale. Further from Milton, so consultations and installs are scheduled in batched trips.

  • xii.

    Georgina and Lake Simcoe.

Jackson's Point, Roches Point, Sibbald Point and Sutton. Waterfront properties lit from the water side as well as the road.

    Waterfront
  • xiii.

    Muskoka and Collingwood.

Port Carling, Lake Rosseau, Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay. Shield rock and escarpment, mature pine and docks, scheduled in batched trips.

How scheduling works

Batched trips, the same designer start to finish.

Further out, we group consultations and installs by area so travel stays reasonable. That can mean a slightly longer wait for a date.

The designer who walks your property after dark is the one on site for the aiming.

Service area questions

Answered plainly.

Which cities do you serve?

Five core cities inside an hour of our Milton head office: Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga and Vaughan. We also work in Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Caledon, Etobicoke, Halton Hills, Ancaster and Hamilton, Guelph, London, Georgina and Lake Simcoe, and Muskoka and Collingwood.

Do you charge more outside the core cities?

The published tiers are where pricing starts everywhere. For the farther areas, ask about travel when you book. Further-out projects are scheduled in batches so travel stays reasonable, which can mean a slightly longer wait for a consultation date.

Will the same person design and aim my system?

Yes. Trips further out are batched precisely so the designer who walked your property is the one on site for the aiming.

My town isn't listed. Will you come out?

Ask. If the property is a reasonable drive from Milton or close to an area we're already scheduling, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right call.
